Michael Marks is a visual artist, educator, and writer based in Greenville, SC. He received his MFA from Clemson University and was a co-founder and exhibitions coordinator for the ThreeCitiesGroup artist/activist collective. His creative practice employs a wide variety of processes and has been shown nationally and internationally. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Art at the University of South Carolina Upstate.
